We are all connected through the waters, stars, sky and earth and these shifting changes are serving us to dissolve the barriers among us.

Sing to the earth, pray for those who are mourning, give to those who have lost their homes and find greater peace in your soul.

Give generously wherever and however you are moved. 

You will find your heart feels lighter.”
