Sharing from the Heart

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek, and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”  Rumi

For me, this "seeking" has spanned many decades, teachers and challenges. I am still learning how to open to places that are tender, scared, defended and vulnerable.

In the end, opening to all the heart holds, seems to be the only path that will lead to freedom and Love.

When I totally embrace all the parts of me that are brilliant, broken or unexplored, then I know how I am the brilliant light of Love.

There is a softening and understanding of the perfection that all of my imperfections are designed to bring me to a place of compassion for myself; a place of deep love and appreciation that we are gifted this life to explore all the manifestation of love, in all of its forms.

I am grateful to be on this journey with you and applaud our courage to embrace love.
