  • Give gratitude for each meal you have

  • Offer gratitude to friends, colleagues and family for the ways they contribute to your life

  • Sing out loud with glee

  • Play an instrument

  • Do some artwork that is just for you

  • Dance alone, on zoom or with your family

  • Walk in nature and notice the small miracles all around you

  • Play frisbee on a beach

  • Hike in the woods

  • Talk to a tree or lean into it for restoration

  • Lie on the ground and allow the ground to nourish you

  • Notice what you have that us a reflection of your prosperity

  • Connect with Spirit to ask for support and to give gratitude for your life

  • Watch a funny movie

  • Read a book aloud with someone in person or on the phone

  • Send a love note to someone you care about
