Walk in nature and notice the small miracles all around you

Talk to a tree or lean into it for restoration
Lie on the ground and allow the ground to nourish you
Notice what you have that us a reflection of your prosperity
Connect with Spirit to ask for support and to give gratitude for your life
Watch a funny movie
Read a book aloud with someone in person or on the phone
Send a love note to someone you care about
